Although Glamorous Butterfly is not directly mentioned in this blog, Vanessa from Glamorous Butterfly was given the honour of providing the bride, Cleo, with a custom made, custom-coloured wig on her big day.

Hi, I am Hairbyemmac, a Bridal Hair Specialist in Cornwall, and I just want to say thank you for viewing my first ever blog post! My job is amazing and so I wanted to share some of my 2017 brides with you all.
I am going to keep this blog post short but definitely sweet.

Gorgeous, isn't she !? Cleo got married at Trevenna Barns on 12 October 2017 of this year. Cleo's Hair was the thing she loved most about herself but, after the birth of her first daughter, she lost it all due to alopecia. Cleo asked me if I could style her Wig for her wedding day after she was advised that some stylists would not do it, which was upsetting for me to hear so I can only imagine how Cleo felt.

When Cleo booked me I could not wait to carry out her trial for her, I had butterflies in my stomach of excitement, as cheesy as it sounds, and I wanted to make sure Cleo felt a million dollars by the time I finished her trial.

Mission accomplished, Cleo beamed with excitement after her trial and so did I, I could not wait for her wedding day! She told me her hair was just how she would have had it before the alopecia.

Cleo's wedding day had arrived and I carried out her wedding day style; she had the hairstyle, flowers and veil she dreamed of and, well, see for yourself how amazing she looked.

This is why I love my job so much - because I get to remind brides just how beautiful they really are.
