On our new salon open day was a great success and during the day we also had a very special lady, Pat, donate all her beautiful hair.
Pat had been growing her locks for over 1 year and very generously wanted to donate her hair to us so we could make a bespoke custom wig or topper for someone with medical hair loss. Natural grey hair is the rarest colour in human hair, so of course we were thrilled to get our hands on Pat's hair.
We got 10 -12" lengths from Pat which is an ideal length. As you can see from all the photos, we all had a great time, and I'm sure you all agree Pat really rocks her new pixie crop.
Monies raised, which was over £900, all went to Trevor Sorbie's Mynewhair in which Glamorous Butterfly is part of their salons that care.
